Body Benefits provides all participants with heart rate monitors, at no additional charge, for use during our spinning classes to ensure you recieve the safest and most effective workout possible. No class is ever too hard or too easy, no matter your age, gender or fitness level.

Body Benefits is an authorized Madd Dogg Athletics Spinning facility. Our instructors are all cerified Johnny G Spin instructors who provide the safest, most knowledgeable, results producing class in town.

Johhny G is a world renowned cyclist who has won countless numbers of bike races around the world. More importantly, he is the creator of the original group cycling class, Spinnig, and the inventor of the very first spin bike ever developed.
